I managed CFR as a client for two years supporting their marketing team around social engagement. Through my work, we expanded our collaboration from creating digital assets to recommending digital strategies around audience testing and acquisition. CFR’s work covers very complex foreign policy issue areas requiring design that distilled that content into quick visual explanations. I worked with both static and animated solutions to visually tell their stories around data infographics, news narratives, and geopolitical relationships.
Additionally, I worked with them on an effort to better understand their own members’s engagement with the organization. We conducted user interviews, surveys, in person exercises, as well as reviewing internal stakeholder expectations to assess their membership goals.
