I worked as the Senior Designer as the AAMC, one of the largest non-profits in Washington, DC. During that time I managed all digital design and digital style guide advocacy within the organization. I also managed a junior designer on our team. During this period the organization began to build an in-house UX team across our digital and development teams. I supported the transition to UX methodology working with user testing on an intranet redesign and student membership public site redesign. I also worked with the process improvement team to help streamline internal processes and cross-department collaboration.
