I worked as a subcontractor to manage the redesign of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’
website. The project included discovery meetings, persona development, and visual design. I managed all the design components from the discovery meeting through to developer documentation for the build. Federal usability and accessibility compliance and testing were additionally required. The project required frequent in-person presentations and research explanations to the NIAID team and the Director’s office. Due to the successful budget management and NIH leadership’s satisfaction, my team was given a second NIH contact.
