Served as the National President (2007-14). Responsibilities included managing an eight-person board of directors and the Executive Director. Overseeing a $1.5 million annual budget, a membership of 50,000, and a full-time staff of fourteen employees. Major projects included migrating document resources and training materials online using MediaWiki, staff growth and retention, and transition to a gender inclusive membership.
