Responsibilities include managing design improvements to the public facing website, write and maintain web design style guidelines, redesign and rebuild of the organization's internal employee site, manage design and create process and long term strategies for HTML email including migration to responsive design. Manage a junior designer.

Designer and consultant for several clients ranging from political campaigns to non-profit organizations. Projects include web design, site builds, and creating online organizing campaigns.

Lead designer for the Democratic National Committee. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining design style consistency across numerous print and web assets, maintaining the party’s website democrats.org, designing and coding micro sites, producing in-house material primarily for our Communications and New Media departments and managing design coordination with the Obama For America campaign during the 2008 Presidential campaign.
SEPT06 - SEPT07
Projects included a position with RR Donnelley working at Sony Music transitioning the company to an in-house digital pre-press workflow. As part of the transition we trained and migrated staff from Quark XPress to InDesign. Also worked for LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae (through to the merger of Dewey & LeBoeuf) creating corporate communication pieces and designing pro-bono collateral materials.

Sole in-house graphic designer. Responsible for the 2004 and 2005 annual report design, identity design, editorial preflighting, and advertising. Worked on press with print vendors during both annual report production runs.
